  • DELIVERIES:
    Products are delivered or self-collected altogether in a carton or an ordinary bag, if you prefer a Hediard Luxe Gift Bag, it can be added to your cart HERE.
    Hediard Singapore Pte Ltd only delivers to
    local addresses. For all other countries please contact Hediard International at www.hediard.com.
    Singapore deliveries are on working days (excl public holidays). Date depends on selected delivery mode, time will follow our delivery fleet route. Due to high volume of orders, we will be unable to cater for specific delivery timings. In case of a change of delivery address details or delivery timing after order has been processed, a surcharge is applicable and can be purchased here.
    Only one delivery per order is accepted. All multiple addresses deliveries will be charged separately before order can be processed.
    All delivery options are adapted during checkout to the content of your shopping cart. You can review more options in our FAQs here. Note that driver cannot wait for more than 5 minutes for recipient to show-up at the delivery address as engine are requested to be stopped in some parking locations which would put the temperature controlled system of our vans at risk for all other orders still inside.

  • CHECKOUT:
    All instructions must be present in your order. Due to intensive assembly work, Hediard does not guarantee that additional instructions by e-mail can be followed on time before delivery.

  • PAYMENT:
    Goods are only delivered once full payment has been confirmed.

  • CONTACT NUMBER:
    A valid phone number must be provided for the recipient during checkout, food items are only delivered if the recipient has been informed and that he is available. Sender and recipient contact phone are indicated on all delivery documents unless requested otherwise during checkout. In case the recipient remains unreachable for delivery of food items after 2 weeks, Hediard reserves the right to release the stock and will contact the buyer to confirm another (chargeable) delivery date. There is no refund under any circumstance for perishable goods. Hediard can also not guarantee that after releasing the stock, the same items will remain available again. 

  • SELF-COLLECTION:
    If you select "Pickup from workshop"/"Click-and-collect", our team will contact you for collection at Hediard Collection Center: 2 Kallang Avenue, CT HUB #05-01, Singapore 339407 (Tel: +65 6838 1796 - Mon-Fri: 10.00am-5.00pm). A valid photo ID corresponding to the indicated details in the invoice is required for collection. We do not authorize collection on behalf of 3rd party. You have 10 work days from the date of confirmation to collect your items. Note that expired products will not be replaced in case of late collection within this delay. In case of order cancellation or unclaimed orders, there is a SGD 15.00 admin fee deductible from the refund amount.

  • PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY:
    In case of a product design change or stock shortage of a specific model, we may replace the product by a similar one or upgrade (at no charge) your hamper to product(s) of a higher value. If you do not want a replacement product, please clearly indicate it in the "comments" field before you validate your order and we will contact you to adjust accordingly. Note that stocks can take up to 3 weeks to reach Singapore.
    Products and gifts photos are non-contractual and for illustration only. 

  • COUPON & VOUCHERS:
    Conditions applicable to both electronic and printed vouchers or gifts certificates: The gift voucher or certificate is the responsibility of the holder or email recipient and cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, bundles, promotions or loyalty advantages. Hediard Singapore will not be held liable for the loss or damage of the voucher and reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. Unique serial numbers are valid for 1 single use, registered and tracked against fraud. Printed vouchers and gift certificates are neither valid nor replaceable if defaced, tampered with, lost or stolen.

  • RETURNS:
    Hediard does not accept any return due to the nature of the products sold unless otherwise agreed in writing by Hediard Singapore's management, in which case delivery charges will be borne by the customer and refund according to the condition fo the received items.

  • COMPLIANCE:
    We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action in accordance with Singapore laws in case of any misuse or theft of personal data in order to benefit from offers, discounts or collection of undue items. To prevent security concerns, frauds or scams, Hediard Singapore staff can ask for presentation of a valid photo ID during collection.
    By accepting these T&Cs, the buyer accepts all responsibilities pertaining to all above rules and that both he/she and the recipient are of legal age to place the order and receive the purchased items.
