We use ducks from Southwest of France and cooked in pots. These pure duck rillettes will ideally accompany your drinks on hot toast with Hédiard fig chutney.
This delicacy can be served with crushed potato or served with a green salad.
STERILIZED DUCK RILLETTES.
Ingredients: duck meat 81%, duck fat, onion, white wine, garlic, salt, white pepper, spices (nutmeg, clove, laurel, cinnamon).
