Maison Hédiard selected vintage sardines fished at the best time of the season, between June and November. After cooking, they are handmade and directly tinned with a dash of olive oil. Carefully comfit in a high quality olive oil, Hédiard vintage sardines have a particularly sweet and tasty texture. For an optimal comfit, it is advised to preserve them 4 years before eating.
These sardines can be enjoyed plain or with a slice of fresh bread and butter to enjoy their delicate iodine flavour.
Direction of use: To ensure perfect confisage, return boxes every 3 months.
