With a dark red colour, this dry tomato spread combines a velvety texture with a sweet and sour flavor.
The dry tomato delight is ideal for your aperitifs, with our Hédiard Gressinis, or on toasts with a pinch of chives or thyme flower.
It can also be used as an ingredient for verrines or goat cheese and tomato cake. It can as well be used to prepare a cod loin in dry tomato crust or to go with grilled white meats.
PASTEURIZED DRY TOMATO BASED PREPARATION.
Ingredients: Dry tomato 58%, rape oil, olive oil, garlic, Provence herbs (rosemary, basil, marjoram, savory), sel, vinegar.

Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 15 days.
