Maison Hédiard offers you handmade tapenade from Provence made with selected Mediterranean black olives all harvested when fully riped.
The work of the olives maker allows to obtain a smooth texture and an intense fruity taste, carefully spiced with Provencial herbs.
This genuine product from the South of France can be best enjoyed on toasts strewn with snipped basil or Hédiard Gressinis. It can also pair with raw vegetables, meats or fishes. This tapenade can be used to cover baked chicken or to make a Pan Bagna in to be dropped in a Hédiard anchovy spread.
PASTEURIZED OLIVE TAPENADE.
Ingredients: black olive 90%, olive oil 5%, caper, anchovy paste (FISH), garlic, Provence herbs (rosemary, basil, marjoram, savory), salt, acid: lactic acid.
Nutrition declaration per 100 g: Energy: 1467 kJ - 350 kcal / Fat: 32 g , of which saturates: 2.6 g / Carbohydrate: 15 g , of which sugars: 1 g / Protein: 1.9 g / Salt : 5.7 g.
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 8 days.
