History: Hediard discovered fruit jellies for the fist time during the 1900 Universal Exhibition. Originally from Brazil, they immediately please Max Kusel palate, Ferdinand Hediard son-in-low, who wishes of importing them. But because of the slowness of means of transport, he decided to produce on the french soil his own fruit jellies. He did not content with imitating brazilian recipes made with exotic fruits, he innovated with french fruits. A century later, Hediard still honor this legacy by offering fruit jellies made according to the traditional recipe, to preserve their smoothness and intense fruity flavour.
