A blend of China tea delicately flavoured with essential oil extracted from the peel of the bergamot, a small yellow orange with a very tart flavour grown in Calabria. This recipe was brought to the West by count Earl Grey in the 19th century. It is the most famous English tea. Slightly tart and very refreshing, this tea will please refined palates. A classic tea, to be served any time of the day without milk. Infusion: 4 to 5 minutes.
