A blend of Chinese tea delicately flavoured with the essential oil contained in the peel of bergamot (a small yellow orange with an acid taste grown in Calabria). An old Chinese recipe brought back to the West by Count Grey in the 19th century. It is the most famous of British teas. Slightly acidic and very refreshing, this tea is a refinement for the palate.

Water: 90°C. Steeping time: 4 min. With or without milk. For the whole day.
