They date back to ancient times and are essential to gastronomy. There are countless different oils and, depending on their origin and variety, they have a whole range of textures and flavours. A wide range of savors
From the classic peanut oil to the astonishing pistachio oil, not to mention the walnut or sesame oil, a full palette of refined yet very distinct flavours, aromas, and tastes are yours to choose from to delicately season fresh vegetables, green salads, or grilled fish filets…
An artisanal manufacture
All oils are elaborate according to traditional methods of production. Apart from this wide variety particular care is given to the selection of olive oils from the Mediterranean basin.

Originating from an age-old tradition, the selection of HEDIARD vinegars places a premium on the nobility of the materials used, as well as the slowness of the fermentation and ageing, in order to give the vinegars their fine aroma.
