Hediard Bordeaux wines

Hediard Bordeaux white wine vintage 2007 and Graves red wine vintage 2006 have been selected out of a blind tasting process by 6 judges for "Simply Bordeaux"
(all local wines professionals).

To taste those wines, we have just added them to our Cafe Menu.

Graves 2006 with:
- Croque Ferdinand, Tartine with black truffles and artichokes hearts, The special Hediard

Bordeaux Blanc with:
- Caesar salad with Hediard Croquets from Provence and smoked salmon, Atlantic discovery, Herring farandole
