- may be exchanged for any Hediard goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
- serial numbers are unique and are valid for one use only. This number is electronically registered and tracked against fraud.
- are only issued upon full confirmation of payment.
- are valid for use exclusively at Hediard boutique, Tudor Court, 125 Tanglin Road, Singapore, 247921 where they can be purchased.

Hediard gift certificates are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired. - are nonrefundable. - are transferable when gifted. - are issued in Singapore Dollars and for use in Singapore only. - cannot be combined with any other special offers, discount or promotions. - cannot be used to purchase any other type of gift certificates. Any unused balance from the Hediard gift certificate will be lost. No change or credit will be given if the value of the Hediard gift certificate exceeds the value of the goods purchased. All terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Hediard Singapore Pte. Ltd will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind or in connection with any transaction or dealing between Hediard boutique and a certificate holder or customer. Some Hediard gift certificates might have restrictions on their use, over and above these terms & conditions, which are printed on the certificate, these additional terms and conditions shall fully apply to all such Hediard gift certificates as if they were included in these terms and conditions.
