With a great deal of attention,care and skill he was able to bring out all of their natural aromas and flavours.
There is no doubt that Ferdinand Hédiard had a magical touch. As the legend goes his life changed radically in the port of Le Havre when he discovered exotic cargoes of fruit and spices being unloaded from the ships.
All of the knowledge he accumulated over the years has been harnessed to provide you with exceptional products time after time.
Our work is not yet complete in terms of deciphering all of the recipes and armed with the innovations of our generation, we shall continue to move forward with an unwavering passion for excellence.
 
Jams, marmalades, jellies, fruit jellies, conserved fruits, fruits in syrup…

Today HEDIARD has over 55 jams, 6 marmalades, 14 fruit jellies or flower petal confits and 12 reduced-sugar jams to offer.

But also, in some of its boutiques, HEDIARD offers an extraordinary assortment of fruits and vegetables that come straight from the countryside or far-off countries whose multiple colors and perfumes tickle our senses.

Red Pitahayas from Vietnam or yellow Pitahayas from Columbia, pink bananas from Martinique, papayas from Brazil, lychees from South Africa, mangosteens from Vietnam, pomegranates from Iran, mangos from Australia, kumquats from France; Sweet potatoes from Israel, chanterelle mushrooms from Portugal, green beans from Kenya, red endives and mini cauliflowers from France – just looking at them will make your mouth water.
