The Tea Specialist
The art of tea
Because tea is an art of its own, a ceremony in Japan, a rite in China, HEDIARD and its experts marry tastes and aromas, selecting the best estates with passion and creating new exclusive blends each year.
Tea Origins
Amongst more than 200 references suggested to the tea counter such as the "grands crus" suchs, Yunnan Celeste from Darjeeling and Assam, Golden Monkey from Fujian, Golden Leafs from Yunnan and Sungma (black teas); Blanc from Yunnan and Y Zhen (green teas); Bai Hao Yin Zhen and Moondrops (white teas).
Subtle aromas
Other teas are skillfully elaborated creations; blends from several regions of India such as George V, Siliguri or Islampur; blends from India and China such as Pha Yen or Bassante, a flavoured tea; or the blend of black tea and Wu Long called Grand Siècle Tea.
Not to mention the famous HEDIARD Blend, tea from China with a subtle bergamot, lemon and sweet orange flavour, and the Madeleine Blend with its sweet, floral and fruity flavours that joyfully mixes the aromas of citrus fruits, vanilla and lavender leaves.
A selection of tea out in individual sachets is also available.
A SELECTION OF OVER 200 TEAS
Hediard pairs the extraordinary diversity of tea with a very stringent selection process to introduce you to the richness of flavours, aromatic complexity and colour palettes of different varieties.
SOME OF THE RAREST TEAS OF FINE ORIGINS
Green teas such as Sencha Gyokuro from Japan, blue green teas such as the Siliguri blend from China, black teas such as Assam Mangalam FTGFOP1 from India and precious white teas including the famous Bai Hao Yin and Ying Zhen from China.
